A beautiful family home that needed a garden upgrade, some external wall and deck painting, internal touch ups and styling to be Pre-Sale ready. We delivered a very desirable family home, with nothing to do but move right in. It sold well over the reserve with 4 bidders.

We upgraded a very dated 1980’s home by painting throughout and changing the carpet and tiles. We did an inexpensive kitchen makeover, full ensuite upgrade, installed new blinds and styled the property. We delivered a home that was easier on the eye, maybe not brand new but so much more liveable. It sold at Auction with several interested buyers.

First impressions are vital and this delightful double fronted terrace positively sparkled after an external facelift where we painted out the red trim. We completed the makeover by polishing the timber floors, re-carpeting the bedrooms and styling the home for sale.
